Notes:
This list
covers te tasks to be carried out by T4’s participants during the first year, in
a realistic way, i.e., we all think they can be achieved with a reasonable
effort from all participants. It also tries to combine participants according
to their particular interests and backgrounds, so proper joint collaborations
are feasible during the first year.
The
following list of joint papers from the previous task list was initially
agreed:
In
addition, each task in the table above is expected to produce a publication
after completion, with the accomplished results.
The
following list of further decisions were taken during the meeting:
The
following list of tentative visits was agreed:
The exact dates and details of these visits will be fixed at the Cartagena de Indias WEST meeting, in August’01.
In order to
arrange future visits and schedule joint works/meetings/papers, the following
list contains the forthcoming events related to the WEST project. Countries
hosting the events are shown in brackets.

Other considerations about visits and meetings:
·
December,
January and February are not good dates for work visits to South American
countries.
·
February
and July are good months for working visits to Spain.
